Tag! is not worth it in my opinion, especially in New Vegas where you get perks every 2 levels. Retention is pretty useless, it makes skill magazines last from 1 min to 3, I really don't see that having a benefit in 90% of situations. (Cannibal can fall into the roleplaying category to, the health you get is insignificant) Mr Sandman is fun, but not all that useful outside of roleplaying, or maybe one or two missions through both games. (like swift learner) again, why not just level up normally and get the benefit of useful perks? In fallout 3 it can screw you over in quests like 'you gotta shoot 'em in the head', and it can mess up 'three card bounty' in New VegasДon't take perks to level faster.

I personally hate the bloody mess perk, as I find it ruins the realism of the game. If a first playthrough, taking Explorer can take the fun out of the game, unless you really are just going for completion. You can get enough points to get your skills as high as you want, and taking those perks just gets in the way of ones that can benefit you in much more significant ways.Дon't bother with here and now, again, you can level on your own, instead of wasting a perk.
